The candidate must be local to Iselin, NJ. The client is HEXAWARE.
Role summary: Hands‑on lead responsible for overall integration design, build, deployment and operational readiness of Workday HCM integrations with customer systems.
Core Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure integration architecture (Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Web Services).
Own end‑to‑end integration lifecycle from requirements to production cutover and operational support.
Create technical integration specifications and mapping documents aligned to functional requirements.
Build, configure and unit test integrations in Workday (Studio, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors). Troubleshoot integration errors, debug logs, and remediate issues in collaboration with customer system owners.
Establish monitoring, retry logic, error handling, and operational runbooks.
Ensure data security, encryption, and compliance with company policies for PII and payroll data.
Develop Workday Studio packages and custom transformations.
Configure inbound/outbound EIBs and Workday Web Services integrations.
Execute technical unit tests and support integration system testing.
Deploy integrations to tenant environments and run post‑deployment validation.
