Responsibilities
Elicit and Document Business Requirements – collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current‑state processes, business needs, and functional requirements for workflow redesign and digitization.
Draft Future‑State Processes – create process maps, use cases, and user stories to reinforce the desired future state and support solution design and implementation.
Support Change Management Planning and Execution – develop change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training approaches and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis and process documentation.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
PROXIMITY TO WASHINGTON DC STRONGLY PREFERRED
