Base Pay $59.00/hr

Job Overview The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) performs assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patients in an ED setting. The RN works under the direction of the designated client representative and follows nurse practice act guidelines.
Responsibilities
Conduct individualized assessment and prioritize data collection based on patient needs.
Provide ongoing nursing assessment and implement individualized plan of care.
Administer treatments and therapies as ordered by physicians.
Perform hemodynamic monitoring and emergency measures per resuscitation protocols.
Document patient assessments, findings, and nursing interventions.
Provide patient and family education.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations.
Advocate for patient rights and advance directives.
Participate in continuing education and meet state licensing requirements.
Collaborate with team members and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
At least one year of RN experience in an Emergency Department within the last 3 years.
CPR and at least ACLS level; additional certifications such as TNCC, PALS, or NIHSS may be required.
