What You Get To Do
Oversee and assist in the receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods.
Responsible for inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
Communicate daily with all levels of leadership.
Process daily paperwork in SAP or MMS system.
Assist Warehouse leader with the training of ambassadors and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
Supervise and counsel ambassadors and assistant supervisors, ensuring proper training and development in accordance with SEA guidelines.
Complete appropriate paperwork and administer developmental documentation.
Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador engagement.
Comply with the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all ambassadors and assistant supervisors complete tasks within a timely manner.
Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and ambassadors.
Maintain and enforce company standards and policies.
What It Takes To Succeed
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous warehouse experience required.
One (1) year of leadership experience with no significant performance deficiencies within last 6 months or equivalent external experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be a focused individual who can complete tasks independently, but also possess the ability to work within a group and lead multiple personnel.
Must be knowledgeable in all areas of the department including ambassador and supervisory roles.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
Must be willing to comply and ensure all ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
Compensation: 19.25 USD Hourly
