Job Summary We are looking for a Scientist I with strong hands-on experience in HPLC and/or Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) to join our Analytical Sciences team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing, supporting method development, and ensuring high-quality data to advance biopharmaceutical development programs.

Conduct routine and characterization testing using HPLC (SEC, RP, IEX, Titer, etc.) and/or CE (CE-SDS, icIEF, etc.).

Support analytical method development, optimization, and assessment.

Generate, analyze, and document data with accuracy and compliance to quality standards.

Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments (HPLC/CE).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results within project timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.

Master with 2+ years of Analytical Sciences industry experience.

Bachelor with 4+ years of Analytical Sciences industry experience.

Direct hands-on experience with HPLC and/or CE is required.

Experience in additional analytical techniques (e.g., UV/Vis, SDS-PAGE, Mass Spectrometry) is preferred.

Skilled in Empower software.

Strong data analysis, organizational, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with GLP/GMP practices in a regulated environment.

Strong foundation in physicochemical analysis techniques

Understanding of antibody and protein structural characteristics

Ability to adapt to fast-pace working environment

Ability to adapt to shift in responsibilities.

Good communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Salary Range for this position is 66k-110k
