POSITION OVERVIEW MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Align procurement actions to business strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders / business leaders to design, implement and drive key regional procurement continuous improvement
Integrate holistic risk management programs
Supervise, coach and develop PMO Risk Management team
Conduct and evaluate loss analysis in the value chain linked to supply and supplier risk including design and implementation of a holistic program to minimize loss from supply performance across all EMEA procurement categories
Work closely with global procurement teams (e.g. D&T) to ensure timely delivery of global initiatives across all categories in EMEA region
Where applicable, bring external insights to help shape the Procurement strategy and action plans
Enabling/ improve the functional excellence in cooperation with global D&T team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Demonstrated ability to lead procurement initiatives and manage supplier relationships effectively
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and performance
Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels
Skilled in presenting and promoting proposals with clarity and impact
High-level influencing and negotiation capabilities to drive strategic outcomes
Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex problems and removing operational blockers
Ability to align procurement strategies with business needs and deliver measurable results
Proficient in conflict resolution and fostering constructive dialogue in challenging situations
