Senior Manager, Product Management - Data & Decisioning (Business Cards & Paymen

The **Data & Decisioning** tower is part of the **Small Business Card Customer Management** Productteam, and is responsible for driving backend spending capabilities for all of our products. This is critical, particularly for our No Preset Spend Limit products, where there is no traditional credit limit. Our products help small businesses spend what they need, while still protecting the company from risk. We use cutting edge technology and real-time data to provide a seamless spend experience. In this role, you will manage a team of four product managers and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, business analysis, data science, and design to deliver these capabilities.* At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
