Field and/or Lab Assignments Contribute to project document deliverables Provide client satisfaction Guide and mentor junior staff Team Building Assist with Business Development Additional Key Expectations
Ability to move into Project Management. Key Criteria/Requirements
MSCE or BSCE with 15 years of directly related experience. Licensed PE Excellent written and communication skills and strong math and science skills. Mutual Respect/Likeability Integrity** Resourceful/Initiative Organization / Planning Judgment/Decision Making Customer Focus Communications Revisions
