Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support databases and data management systems for DHA. Ensure data accuracy and support analytics to improve healthcare delivery. Participate in the development of DHA-specific Account Receivable (AR) metrics, UBO Metrics and KPI standards, as well as, develop and disseminate AR decision support dashboards. Leverage data capabilities to identify opportunities for the development and dissemination of best-practices, as well as, to help identify and prioritize opportunities for the identification, prioritization, and execution of AR improvement initiatives. Experience: 3 years in data analysis and management, with preference for experience in healthcare data and systems like EHRs. Degree: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Bachelor's degree can be replaced with 4+ years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
