What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
• Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates.
• Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline and the skills needed to be successful in the Tesla environment.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.

What You'll Bring

• Onsite at Gigafactory Nevada (Tahoe/Reno region). Alternatively, the role can be based onsite at Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA or Fremont, CA locations.
• High volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 25+ technical, niche requisitions.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, from either a corporate or agency environment, using an ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in recruiting engineers or niche, skilled roles + leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction.
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing technical talent to offer negotiation, with awareness of employment legislation and market trends.
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusions – balancing efficiency with quality.
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate sources of talent and assist with assessment.
