Responsibilities Position Overview: This position will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to launch our clinics and brand into new markets. Tasked with driving lead generation, you are expected to work strategically and tactically to optimize marketing acquisition activities to drive brand awareness, appointments and sales conversion. The ideal candidate is a performance‑driven, full‑funnel marketer with deep expertise in digital, advertising, direct mail, and event channels and a proven ability to build campaigns from the ground up. This role combines strategic planning, local market insights, and hands‑on execution to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing acquisition strategy and execution for new clinics
Build brand awareness via grassroots tactics (events, sponsorships, community outreach)
Set overall campaign objectives and KPIs
Partner with the Growth and Analytics teams and vendors to conduct local market research to understand customer demographics and competitive landscape
Define Marketing entry priorities to ensure future growth and success
Build customized Go To Market (GTM) plans tailored to each market
Directly manage budget allocation and performance across channels
Partner with Sales and channel managers on localized media plans and campaign execution
Provide unified reporting and go‑forward recommendations
Travel within the U.S. to ensure successful launches (approximately 15 percent)
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
8-10 years of marketing experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience in lead generation and program optimization for consumer brands, service organizations or client marketing organizations.
Deep expertise developing strategy for omnichannel (digital, advertising, events, web) campaigns
Ability to assess scenarios, data, and markets to drive expansion
Proven track record of launching new products or markets
Project management and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams
Above average written, verbal and presentation skills

Budget planning, execution and tracking experience
Change management mindset
A process‑improvement skillset and positive mindset
Exceptional organizational, follow‑up and time‑management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to make go‑forward recommendations based on results

Strong MS Office and analytical skills
Excellent project management and leadership acumen
Nice to have:
Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards

Salary range for this role is 105-118k plus bonus.
