Senior Instructional Designer – ATR International (Recruiting for US Market)
ATR International, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to support the IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE) team. The designer will create engaging learning solutions that help employees adopt new IT tools, technologies, and initiatives across the enterprise.
Base pay range $38.00/hr - $47.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Planning:
Conduct learning needs analyses and create comprehensive learning plans to support IT adoption and end‑user satisfaction.
Learning Experience Design:
Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to design blended learning experiences, including live sessions, eLearning modules, and on‑demand resources.
Content Development:
Develop accessible, engaging instructional content for non‑technical audiences, including facilitator guides, job aids, and presentation materials.
eLearning Development:
Build interactive eLearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, ensuring seamless integration with internal Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Video Production:
Create instructional and promotional videos, including scripting, editing, and recording professional‑quality voiceovers.
Facilitation & Delivery:
Deliver live or virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions for global audiences, using interactive approaches to maximize engagement and retention.
Project Management:
Manage multiple learning projects concurrently to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.
Measurement & Evaluation:
Implement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data‑driven evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and identify improvements.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience development.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing learning solutions for technology‑related topics (AI, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, or enterprise applications).
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical information in clear, engaging ways.
Experience facilitating virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
Experience producing instructional videos and recording voiceovers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience working in agile or fast‑paced environments.
