About the Role We’re looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
who lives and breathes digital advertising strategy. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms — from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging paid media channels. This role requires both creative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of targeting, tracking, and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
Develop and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and others).
Execute
geo-fencing and programmatic display campaigns
for hyper-targeted audience reach.
Plan and manage
retargeting and remarketing
initiatives to nurture leads and conversions.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on visual assets.
Optimization & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
Leverage A/B testing to improve creative and audience targeting.
Utilize tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters, conversion pixels, etc.) to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Prepare clear, insightful campaign reports with recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration
Work with the SEO, design, and content teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in paid media management (agency or in-house).
Proven success running campaigns across multiple platforms, including
geo-fencing, programmatic display, social, and search .
Strong understanding of PPC principles, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.
Hands‑on experience with
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, and DSP platforms
(e.g., Simpli.fi, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk).
Proficiency in
Google Analytics 4
,
Google Tag Manager
, and reporting tools like
Data Studio / Looker .
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
geo-targeting
,
IP-based targeting
, and
OTT/CTV advertising .
Understanding of
CRM audience uploads
and
first-party data utilization .
Familiarity with
HubSpot
,
Mailchimp
, or other marketing automation tools.
Agency experience and familiarity with multiple client verticals (e.g., legal, healthcare, retail, construction).
