IT Systems Administrator

This position will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the companys networks and information systems. The successful candidate will have education and knowledge of networking, server and workstation operations in a Windows / AD / Azure environment. A bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience is required. This position reports directly to the IT Manager. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a small company atmosphere that values efficiency and detailed work. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all Help Desk requests from end user community Build/config/deploy desktops, laptops and peripherals throughout the organization Deploy Software to laptops, desktops, and servers Provision (add/change/delete) users in a hybrid AD / Entra ID environment. Administer Windows Server environments (on-prem and Azure). Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot environment. Conduct patch management and app deployment using ManageEngine DC and Intune. Maintain and adhere to IT policies, processes, and procedures Assist in preserving assets, information security and control structures

Skills/Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field or equivalent professional experience Working knowledge of POE, TCP/IP networking and operations in a Microsoft Windows environment Proficiency in Microsoft AD/Entra ID/Office 365 environments. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting Experience in SQL and T-SQL scripting is a plus Experience in provisioning and management of VMs and Storage in Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud is a plus Knowledge of SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus Strong attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to solve problems in stressful situations
