As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, staying visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will act with integrity, work as part of a supportive team, and make a positive impact by helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff alike. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Schedule:

Monday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Tuesday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Wednesday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thursday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity

Monitor for suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized individuals, and report findings according to site protocols

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or law enforcement as needed

Complete required reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, and other security‑related activities

Remain alert to changes in the environment and promptly address any potential security‑related concerns

What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred

Possession of a valid Guard Card or security‑related license is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
