Resident Services Coordinator

for our programs in Napa County.

About the Role The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing housing stabilization services to households who are homeless and/or low income. The role includes counseling, referral to financial, credit, and legal services, and developing individualized housing plans that lead to permanent stability through financial assistance. The Coordinator also ensures that participants are connected to supportive services and maintains comprehensive case files and programmatic reports.

Responsibilities Assist with outreach and recruitment of eligible applicants. Screen and assess applicants’ ability to live independently. Conduct weekly resident meetings to assess needs and develop self‑sufficiency plans. Facilitate parenting classes, child enrichment activities, and health education workshops. Administer developmental screenings for children using ASQ/SE. Link residents to community services for crisis intervention, rehabilitation, income support, employment assistance, and substance recovery. Provide referrals for developmental, behavioral, and family violence concerns. Cover other supportive housing sites as needed. Develop collaborative relationships with local service providers and maintain neighborhood relations. Provide crisis intervention when required. Collaborate with property management to build community and foster resident ownership. Develop a community calendar of educational, recreational, and civic engagement activities. Maintain secure case files and submit all programmatic reports as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or a related field. At least 1 year of case management experience serving homeless or low‑income individuals or families. Valid California Driver’s License, clean DMV record, and proof of auto insurance; a personal vehicle is required. Ability to drive and transport participants as needed. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
