Job Description Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst working hybrid out of either our Dallas, TX office or Carlisle, PA office.
Job Summary The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of supply chain data to support efficient business operations. This role combines analytical expertise with process improvement to enhance planning, procurement, and forecasting functions. The Analyst will collaborate across functions—including Product Management, Finance, R&D, Engineering, and Operations—to strengthen data integrity, streamline information flow, and drive informed decision‑making within the supply chain.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure supply chain data sets are accurate, consistent, and properly maintained across systems and platforms.
Conduct root‑cause analysis and data profiling to identify, document, and resolve data quality issues.
Develop, execute, and monitor validation protocols and unit tests for master data integrity.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather, refine, and document data and reporting requirements.
Support ERP and SCM systems (JDE, SAP) to optimize supply chain planning, procurement, and forecasting accuracy.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to deliver actionable insights.
Maintain documentation for data management processes, governance policies, and user procedures.
Educate stakeholders on data standards, tools, and best practices to promote data‑driven decision‑making.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in data architecture, systems, and workflows.
SIOP & Cadence Support
Support weekly and monthly SIOP cadence by refreshing and validating planning templates.
Build and maintain cross‑system templates aligned with planning goals and cadence timelines.
Execute end‑to‑end processes across the business according to SIOP and planning schedules.
Maintain clean master data and documentation standards for JDE and SAP systems.
Partner with purchasing teams to analyze and resolve discrepancies found in template or system data.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.
Working knowledge of ERP and SCM systems (JDE and/or SAP).
Strong understanding of data management principles, governance, and architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years supporting ERP/SCM platforms and performing data analysis in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Preferred: Experience with master data management (MDM), data governance, and forecast modeling for raw materials.
Working Conditions
Primarily office‑based role with regular collaboration across multiple business units.
Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to support global operations or planning cadence.
Frequent use of computer systems and data visualization tools.
