Job Description
Designing, developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedure for Process Analyzer Systems based on project specification and requirement.
To conduct in-house testing of Process Analyzer system as per project requirement.
To perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Process Analyzer system as per approved procedure.
To ensure that testing records and other related technical documents for each analytics system are kept and maintained in the department documentation system.
To ensure ownership of and compliance to all departments and company initiatives.
To provide technical support to field service engineer, liaise with supplier and OEM to support service engineer for troubleshooting.
To support the department training initiatives and assist in developing the skills of new engineers and technicians.
To support the department initiatives on customer service, best practices, testing methods, documentation, job planning.
To support the company initiatives on safety and continuous improvement.
