Business System Analyst (Remote) Financial Reporting
Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Business System Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

The Business Analytics Senior Advisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing business processes to support and enhance the reporting and analytical needs within the team. This individual will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and managing all aspects of financial reporting within IT. This role will support baseline and portfolio planning, TBH and forecasting, and overall financial health for the organization as well as the continued evolution of financial reporting to align with enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
Update and maintain proper financial reporting, including labor, HWSW, vendor contracts, etc.
Provide summarized views by expense center that provide insights into the overall financial health.
Provide support to Technology organization as needed in addressing invoicing and vendor inquiries.
Facilitate monthly financial reviews with Delivery Leads, Senior Delivery Leads, and participate in a monthly review with our VP of Data & Analytics.
Manage the fiscal year baseline and portfolio budgets, provide trend analysis, and define corrective action plans.
Manage and maintain accurate forecast in the FAST tool and Clarity.
Requirements
3+ years experience preferred
Bachelors Degree is REQUIRED
Strong business and financial insights/acumen, balances stakeholders, communicates effectively and directs work
Advanced level experience in Microsoft Excel (required: experience creating and modifying Pivot tables; ability to create macros is a plus), Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
Tableau know-how a plus.
Knowledge of Clarity/CA PPM preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, listening and technical skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritization skills.
Strong relationship management skills with the confidence, energy, and poise to work with management, staff and internal consultants and vendors.
Ability to convert data into actionable and measurable insight.
Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal/written) with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail with a financial aptitude and strong follow-up skills with proven ability to be proactive.
Active listener who enjoys solving problems.
Strong problem‑solving skills, critical‑thinking skills, strong business acumen and the proven ability to effectively articulate business objectives.
