Join the Honeywell team as a Traveling Field Service Engineer II focused on Conveyor Systems.
Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC).
Honeywell Intelligrated – a global leader in warehouse automation and material handling solutions – is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer II to provide top‑tier support to our customers’ distribution centers. You will travel extensively (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC‑based equipment (Allen‑Bradley, Modicon, etc.).
Provide on‑site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
Program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.
Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.
Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.
Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Travel up to 95% in the Southeast region and nationwide on occasion.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
Strong PLC programming skills (Allen‑Bradley and other PLC systems).
4+ years of electro‑mechanical field service experience.
Experience troubleshooting and servicing conveyor systems and similar high‑voltage motors.
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Honeywell Intelligrated material handling equipment maintenance experience.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities.
Advanced computer skills and understanding of IT networks.
