Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor Job Summary

Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; foster a positive work environment; set goals; provide ongoing feedback. Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build community relationships. Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and implement improvements. Additional duties as required. Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team. Leadership: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions. Flexibility: Availability including weekends and holidays. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications. Minimum Requirements

Assistant Store Manager: Open availability including opening/closing hours; minimum 5-day work week; peak periods may require longer hours. Supervisor: Availability to open/close; minimum 5 days; minimum 30-hour work week. All Management: Availability on weekends/holidays; punctuality; reliable transportation; English proficiency; ability to read/write English and perform business mathematics; may relocate within the company network. Physical Demands

Prolonged standing (5-14 hours per day); long hours during peak periods. Stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders or stairs as needed to stock and display merchandise. Lift 5-25 lbs regularly (weights may be higher in some cases); good vision and color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail environment. Education

High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred; or equivalent experience. Assistant Manager: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour with bonus opportunities based on store KPIs. Supervisor: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour. 401K; full-time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off. EEO Statement
