Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney
We are actively seeking an associate attorney to join our Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have 2‑7 years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Candidates must have experience in all facets of litigation: preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Our practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, regulatory proceedings for local, national and international clients, and we are licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, state and federal trial and appellate courts, and administrative and regulatory bodies. Clients include Fortune 500 corporations, national and international corporations, small and local businesses, and individuals and entrepreneurs across industries such as manufacturing, banking, insurance, investment, medical services, technology, telecommunications, construction, and entertainment.
