JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Florida medical license Board: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery DEA: Active DEA Certification Certifications: As applicable (BLS, ACLS) Experience: Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery required Other Qualifications: Must provide case logs (past 12 months only, HIPAA compliant/de-identified); NPDB report within 3 months
