SAP - Data Migration/MDG - Senior – Consulting

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
Manage chargeability with an emphasis on billable hours to external clients.
Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
As a Senior, you'll contribute collaboratively to deliver processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on Technology. You'll exercise judgment, apply suitable methodologies, and consider barriers, risks, and issues. You're expected to meet personal targets, oversee junior staff, and ensure alignment with performance objectives across client service, quality assurance, risk management, business expansion, solution development, and team collaboration.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Ability to initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems.
Hands‑on with SAP data tools (e.g., Data Services, Information Steward, MDG, Datasphere) and integration methods (CPI, SLT, APIs).
Provide general guidance to peers and junior staff.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and security standards are embedded in deliverables.
Travel as required by client engagements.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of professional experience working with one or more SAP modules with full‑cycle implementations inside your core module.
Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, SAP MDG, SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, and/or Migration Cockpit.
Experience in data modeling, data migration, data quality management, and/or proficiency with ETL processes.
Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and integration methods (CPI, SLT, APIs).
Knowledge of data governance practices, master data management concepts, and/or reconciliation/validation processes.
Understanding of industry data compliance and/or security standards.
A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideal Additional Experience
Data governance and/or integration experience preferred (e.g., SAP MDG or similar frameworks).
SAP Datasphere and/or SAP Data Intelligence preferred.
Strong relationship‑building skills.
Ability to engender client trust.
Effective communication and complex problem‑solving abilities.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
