Position Description

Manages key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction, strengthen retention, and identify new opportunities for growth within assigned accounts. Primary Job Responsibilities

Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to support retention and account growth. Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded. Identifies opportunities to expand services and deepen engagement with existing clients. Represents the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events as a trusted and knowledgeable partner. Presents data, insights, and recommendations that demonstrate measurable value and align with client priorities. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client objectives and program initiatives. Supports the development of strategies for new and renewal business, including proposal and presentation preparation. Proactively anticipates client needs, resolves issues efficiently, and maintains high levels of satisfaction. Performs other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above. Minimum Requirements

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field and three years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development. Prior experience within healthcare, managed care, or a related industry is preferred. Will accept a suitable combination of education and experience. Position requires strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients and internal partners; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other Government Programs is preferred. Equal Employment Opportunity
