A leading Global Manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Staff Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is for a Staff Electrical Engineer in the field of embedded electronic systems with a focus on electronic hardware architecture, system integration, and component development for dispenser products. The Staff Engineer will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, driving innovation, setting design standards, and mentoring other engineers. While the role is primarily technical, it is also designed for an individual with leadership skills and the aspiration to move into a management role in the future. The ideal candidate is capable of solving complex engineering problems, and also of inspiring, guiding, and developing colleagues. This range is provided by Insight Global. Base pay range

Responsibilities
Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in embedded electronic systems. Lead electronic hardware architecture, system integration, and component development for dispenser products. Drive innovation, set design standards, and mentor other engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decisions. Demonstrate leadership qualities with the potential to advance into management in the future.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong system-level knowledge of embedded hardware architectures, microcontrollers, and integration. Proven track record of leading technical projects, mentoring peers, and influencing cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively. Familiarity with PCB design and layout tools. Demonstrated interest in developing leadership and management skills for future growth.
