Point Place Casino is looking for friendly, energetic Beverage Servers to provide fast, courteous drink service to guests on the gaming floor and in other designated areas. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and love delivering great guest experiences, we'd love to have you on our team! What does a Beverage Server do? Always promptly checks for assigned work area before beginning of shift. Consistently keeps tray set up with ashtrays, straws, napkins, etc. Completely services assigned work area by changing ashtrays, taking drink orders, serving drinks, removing empty cups, pushing in chairs and completing assigned side work. Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing. To be successful as a Beverage Server, you'll need: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, must be able to speak English. Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change. Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system. Previous Food & Beverage server and tray handling experience is a plus. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
