Salary Range: 58,990.00 - 109,650.00

Purpose Chiefly responsible for operational accounting aspect of the U.S. Finance team which includes accounts payable, T&E processing, and assisting with the month-end accounting close process. Contributes to the overall success of US Finance ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/ delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The role has responsibility to ensure that information and data quality standards are met and to develop and maintain strong financial reporting, information quality and MIS disciplines.

What You’ll Do

Ensure accurate and prompt invoice processing, recording of the expenses, proper GL classification and timely vendor set‑up or modifications to existing vendor set‑ups.

Assist in the completion of the monthly financial close, including monthly accrual entries for invoices and employee T&E and other assigned journal entry preparations.

Develop and maintain strong financial reporting, information quality and MIS disciplines to provide stakeholders with information needed to make decisions.

Monitor T&E processing resources to ensure timely processing, rapid resolution of exceptions and compliance with reporting metrics.

Review employee expense reports verifying adequate documentation and approval and ensuring charges follow bank policy.

Maintain and enhance internal procedures to ensure adequate documentation of all key processes.

Prepare accounting entries for prepaid charges, recoverable charges and accrued expenses.

Assist with ad hoc projects, issues, and urgent deliverables.

Assist with balance sheet reconciliation and certification to ensure financial balances are substantiated.

Assist with identification and remediation of US Finance issues, including operational risk and audit issues.

What You’ll Bring

5‑10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and expense processing routines, related accounting practices and policies, and strong ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and General Ledger platforms.

Knowledge in financial accounting.

Basic understanding of banking business, capital markets financial products and transaction mechanics.

Strong analytical skills and an internal control mindset.

Sense of organization and priorities; ability to work under pressure during month and fiscal quarter‑ends.
