As Global Alliance Director, you will lead a strategic partnership that spans resell, co‑sell, marketing, and product integration pillars, supporting joint customers and sales teams with effective go‑to‑market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the global partnership strategy and execution for Enterprise Technology partners, encompassing resell, co‑sell, marketing, and product integration.

Achieve co‑sell and resell success by collaborating with Snowflake’s global sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, developing sales plays and meeting annual sales targets.

Collaborate with external partner leads to define goals, manage the business, and resolve issues while building trusting relationships with internal and partner stakeholders.

Create and deliver enablement materials to sales teams, highlighting the value and differentiators of joint solutions, and work with marketing to develop compelling programs.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with senior executives and use Snowflake systems to measure partnership efficacy and track key metrics such as joint pipeline and deal registration.

Minimum Qualifications

Over 12 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 8 years in sales and alliances and at least 3 years at a director level or higher.

Minimum of 2 years leading an Enterprise Technology Alliances partnership with a Strategic ISV that generated more than $10M in annual co‑sell/resell.

Proven success leading alliance partnerships, identifying mutual business interests, with a background in software and SaaS.

Highly analytical, data‑driven, and strategic mindset with creative problem‑solving and pragmatic execution capabilities.

Strong verbal, executive presentation, and communication skills, with a history of success working cross‑functionally.

Self‑starter with high initiative and the ability to learn quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s commission plan with typical total on‑target earnings of $315,000 – $350,000 and an estimated base salary of $220,500 – $245,000. The role is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, time off, parental leave, and employee assistance programs.
