Overview Method+Mastery has an immediate opening for an experienced, talented, energetic, self‑starting Social Intelligence Analyst to help our Fortune 50 clients maximize their marketing and communications efforts through research and measurement on a variety of global social and earned media campaigns. The role requires working primarily during Pacific Time business hours and offers a hybrid set‑up with work from home and office flexibility. Positions are available in multiple U.S. locations.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,000 - $135,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other standard benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead work from start to finish: interrogate client briefs, develop methodologies, lead project teams, and deliver business intelligence recommendations.
Act as client and project lead analyst to develop goals, KPIs, and measurement methodologies and deliver performance reports, cultural/trend analyses, audience profiles, influencer assessments, and other intelligence.
Consult clients with POV on marketing intelligence industry trends and best practices.
Mentor junior analysts and develop team training modules.
Collaborate with client leads and internal partners (clients, vendors, creative staff, strategists, operations).
Stay current with latest social measurement trends and relevant industry trends.
Qualifications Must‑haves:
6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or analytics.
Ability to understand client business needs and develop project proposals and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills; expertise in analyzing social data using tools such as Brandwatch, NetBase Quid, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, etc.
Experience with measurement, benchmarking, and data interpretation in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience leading analyst teams on digital measurement, social analytics, and intelligence reporting/research projects.
Commitment to staying current on digital measurement and marketing intelligence industry best practices.
Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, stories, KPIs, visualizations, dashboards, scorecards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
Nice‑to‑haves:
Experience with media monitoring tools (Onclusive, Zignal, NewsWhip).
Real‑time listening for crisis or event/launch engagement.
Experience with Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with Google suite tools (Sheets, AI Studio, Cloud Platform).
Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
Experience with market research and consumer profiling tools (YouGov, MRI Simmons, GWI).
Experience with paid media and social boosting measurement.
Experience with influencer performance program development and measurement.
Experience using AI tools to create more efficient processes without sacrificing quality or integrity.
