In this role you will provide financial guidance to existing Schwab clients, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. If you have a securities license and enjoy working in a team setting, this position is for you.

Required Qualifications

A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license.

Obtain or acquire FINRA Series 66 (or 63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license during your tenure.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship with a focused communication strategy.

Strong candidates will leverage Schwab specialists, guidelines, market knowledge, and inspire action to help clients achieve their goals.

Open to managing wealth for clients in Retirement, Education, Investment, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk, and Estate Planning.

Adaptability to implement change as market and business conditions evolve.

Passion for community engagement and educating clients about market conditions and sound investing principles.

Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and pursue professional development in Wealth Management.

Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
