Candidates must be in good standing with the Florida Bar and possess basic courtroom advocacy skills in dependency matters. Responsibilities include representing clients in non‑jury trials, TPRs, motion practice, and covering multiple dockets; conducting client and witness interviews; preparing witnesses for trial; conducting research; drafting legal documents and filings; and providing ongoing case assessments. The position is a full‑time State of Florida role with state benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.
