Location Chicago / Denver / Michigan / Minnesota / Oakbrook Terrace / Raleigh / Washington D.C. / Milwaukee / Lake Forest / Jackson Hole (Strong preference of working 3 days in the office)

Compensation Salary + Target Bonus - $115,000 to $325,000+ (Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr)

The Role We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven individual to join our Client Advisory Team as a Wealth Management Advisor. In this role, you will offer comprehensive wealth planning advice to established clients while growing new client relationships through community involvement, referrals, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Offer comprehensive wealth planning and provide advice on all aspects of a family’s financial well‑being, including financial planning and budgeting;

Provide holistic balance sheet advisement (including cash and debt);

Implement asset allocation and investments strategies;

Advise on estate and tax planning;

Conduct insurance analysis and review;

Develop charitable strategy;

Grow business through client referrals and community engagement;

Demonstrate strong knowledge of capital markets and asset allocation;

Show genuine involvement in the local community;

Collaborate with team members to develop and strategize best practices for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Qualifications

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation - required;

Five years of relevant experience managing all facets of wealth management - required;

Bachelor’s degree - required;

Experience serving physicians is preferred but not required;

Demonstrate strong, established client relationships;

Experience with financial planning software (MoneyGuide or eMoney).
