Represent Rite Window at local retail locations and events, promoting high‑quality home improvement solutions.
Engage directly with prospective and current customers through face‑to‑face sales conversations.
Deliver compelling product presentations focused on value, quality, and expert service.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen sales skills.
Use this role as a launchpad for a long‑term career in sales or management.
Key Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing or sales role.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Strong self‑motivation and goal‑oriented attitude.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment.
Willingness to travel locally for events and retail campaigns.
Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday hours available.
