Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on‑site work. Serve as the primary on‑site customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems. Use cutting‑edge software, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business requires. Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience. Technical school or formal training preferred. Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad). Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless driving, or multiple infractions in the last 3 years). EPA certification preferred/required. Physical capability: lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier; ability to twist 90° left/right, squat, reach overhead, stand on concrete for up to 4 hours; ability to use a ladder with a 375‑lb weight limit and reach rooftops to 20–50 feet. Physical Demands and Environmental Exposure
The role is highly physical, requiring regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 lbs, occasionally more. You will operate in variable weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, heights, electrical hazards, and noisy environments. Compensation
