Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Nephrology
Clinical Shift Schedule: Weekday clinic and hospital coverage
On-Call Shift Schedule: 1:3 call rotation
Call Type: In-House
Call Ratio: 1:3
PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults requiring kidney care Dialysis Volume: Approx. 70 patients (50 hemodialysis, 20 peritoneal dialysis) Admissions: Yes Rounding: Yes Case Mix: Chronic kidney disease, dialysis management, inpatient nephrology consultations
FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds in Department: 17-bed ICU; 268-bed hospital Dialysis Center: Local 20-chair dialysis center ICU Coverage: 24/7 hospitalist and ICU support Equipment: CRRT available Support Staff Available: 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology DEA Visa Accepted: J-1 or H-1B Experience: Open to new graduates Other Qualifications: - Strong interest in comprehensive nephrology care - Excellent collaboration and patient communication skills
