We are looking for an
Architect, Interior Architect, and/or Interior Designer
on the Life Studio team.
Your responsibilities may include the following
Planning, developing, and executing technical documentation, which may include interpreting, organizing, and coordinating project team assignments
Proficiency in design software, such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
2 Years of Revit Experience in a Design Firm is Required.
Experience in project management
Begins to take ownership of project scope, budgets, and deliverables
Field Observations and Measurements
Produces space plans, demolition plans, construction plans, finish plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, interior elevations, details, and other drawings and information in Revit
The Architect role would require Site Planning and Exterior Envelope Drawings and Details
The Interior Design role would require the selection of finishes, FF&E, and other decorative items
Coordinates educational opportunities with vendors
Reviews work for accuracy
Curious, Growth-Oriented, Caring, Creative, Driven, Disciplined, Ethical, and Responsible
Collaborates effectively and pleasantly
University Degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Architecture and/or Interior Design
3 to 8 Years of Experience
Work hard and learn a lot along the way!
