Job Title:
Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer
Location:
Onsite, NYC, 3 days a week
Duration:
FTE/perm
Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and deploy enterprise applications and solutions, delivering software with user personalization to physical and virtual desktops.
Integrate and support end-user applications (EUA), including profiling, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting, with experience in zero trust or hybrid security environments.
Diagnose, research, and resolve application issues, collaborating with vendors to address technical challenges as needed.
Configure OS and system-level settings, managing user, system, and enterprise policies to enhance performance, security, and user experience.
Monitor application and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Advanced Endpoint Engineering to advance the End User Computing (EUC) roadmap.
Mentor junior engineers, facilitate cross-training for IT staff, and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in application integration or systems engineering, ideally with legal software and business applications.
Expertise in OS customization, registry management, Group Policy, and Intune policy configuration, with proficiency in enterprise troubleshooting tools.
Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Intune policy management.
Deep knowledge of legal applications, such as iManage Work 10, Litera Desktop suite (Litera Compare, Innova, Contract Companion), IntApp Time, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Suite (Edge, OneDrive, Teams), including Office add-ins, toolbar customization, and application integration.
Proficient in configuring and optimizing collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Jabber) for physical and virtual desktop environments.
Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Hyper‑V, VMware ESXi, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Citrix (CVAD/DaaS).
Advanced PowerShell and SQL skills for automation, Windows customization, and performance optimization.
Experience with performance monitoring tools like Windows Performance Analyzer, ControlUp, Perfmon, and Wireshark.
Hands‑on experience with profile management tools such as FSLogix and Ivanti AppSense.
Strong problem‑solving and testing skills, with a focus on performance optimization, issue resolution, and creating clear technical documentation.
Hybrid schedule:
Requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
