Video Acquisition Team Lead – YouTube
Connecteam – Tel Aviv‑Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel
Our company is in a rapid growth stage and this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑expanding marketing team. As a key member, you will lead the paid YouTube acquisition strategy and scale our video campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Scale the YouTube channel to >$1M effective monthly spend by mid‑2026.
Lead and develop team members, setting challenges and personalized development plans.
Manage and optimize large‑scale paid brand and performance campaigns on YouTube and other social media.
Build a holistic long‑term strategy for performance scaling.
Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets, messaging, and landing pages.
Align campaigns with company strategy by collaborating with design, product, analytics, sales and leadership teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Build and run structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and use insights to refine campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV.
Translate performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Lead complex measurement capabilities such as geo tests, brand lift, etc.
Lead data initiatives with analyst and platform teams.
Requirements
4+ years managing paid video campaigns at scale on YouTube; experience on other platforms is a plus.
2+ years leading and managing teams.
Strong creative mindset; ability to brief and iterate on ad assets with design teams.
Proven track record in performance marketing and user acquisition (B2B SaaS experience is an advantage).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with advanced BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
