Job Description

As a Security Professional - DoD Security Clearance in Centennial, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government. As a Patrol Unarmed officer with Allied Universal in a government environment, you will conduct routine patrols across assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a secure atmosphere by monitoring activity, responding to situations as needed, and providing excellent customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, assisting with de‑escalation and communication as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions or potential hazards.

Maintain accurate and detailed reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Maintain visibility to help deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment for staff, visitors, and authorized personnel.

Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or concerns as they arise.

Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying identification and credentials as required by site‑specific policies.

Minimum Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Possession of a state, county, and/or city issued security‑related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
