Job Description You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Staff for the RF Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality RF products.
What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that new designs are producible and cost-competitive in a full-rate manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of major milestones.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Production Operations leads to support RF hardware development and RFS Product Center initiatives
Ensuring new designs are producible and cost-competitive in a full-rate manufacturing environment
Evaluating designs and providing manufacturing feedback to lead to affordable and manufacturable designs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of major milestones
Developing manufacturing readiness assessments and creating manufacturing plans
