Job Summary The Business Process Analyst will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and data integrity within the Campus Store’s NetSuite environment. This position focuses on cleaning and analyzing data, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements. A strong understanding of NetSuite—including the Campus Store bundle—is essential, along with deep product expertise in both technology and course materials.

Responsibilities

Audit and clean data sets in NetSuite to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, especially those tied to the Campus Store bundle.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved workflow changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Develop documentation and training materials for new processes and data standards.

Support data governance and ensure compliance with institutional and departmental policies.

Apply deep product knowledge in tech and course materials to inform process design and system configuration.

Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree.

Preferences

Demonstrated expertise in technology and course materials relevant to Campus Store operations.

2+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including workflow and data management.

Familiarity with the Campus Store bundle in NetSuite.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in a retail or higher education environment.

Knowledge of NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow.

Experience with change management and process documentation.
