The NetMod Product Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of NetMod services, perform project quoting functions for NetMod projects, and maintain automated quoting tools and proposal templates. The role requires collaboration with sales, solutions, engineering, and delivery organizations to ensure accurate, timely quotes, profitability verification, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze pre‑sales service requirements to provide accurate quotes.

Work with the quote team to ensure accurate and timely quotes.

Create and maintain service proposal templates.

Verify quotes against actual times with delivery and adjust tools accordingly.

Coordinate with NetMod Product Managers on weekly funnel and upcoming requirements.

Develop back‑office mechanisms to standardize new service offerings.

Maintain all work instructions and documentation to ensure TL‑9000 compliance.

Assist in developing and testing new NetMod Services.

Serve as POC SME for NetMod services as needed.

Develop presentations, diagrams, and other technical documentation.

Provide technical inputs for business case development with sales.

Qualifications

Four‑year degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Advanced knowledge of network transport equipment: ADM, ROADM, M13, DCS, MSS, WDM, DWDM, etc.

Deep understanding of SONET and SDH networks.

Experience developing complex quotes.

Professional services organization experience.

Experience engineering live‑traffic migration projects.

Expertise on SONET transport systems (ROADM, WDM, ADM, DCS).

Familiarity with multiple vendors (Fujitsu, ALU, Cisco, Nortel, Tellabs, etc.).

Knowledge of traffic remapping processes (High Speed Wraps and Hot Cuts).

Customer familiarity across telecom types (wireline, wireless, enterprise, MSS, CLEC, etc.).

Advanced data parsing skills in Word and Excel; proficiency with macros and advanced functions.

High level skills with Visio, diagram automation, and standardization.

Advanced technical documentation skills for complex quoting tools, templates, diagrams, and presentations.
