We are seeking a Domestic Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth, on‑time order fulfillment. This role is essential in keeping our supply chain running efficiently and supporting both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track domestic shipments from initiation to delivery.
Prepare accurate shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading.
Monitor assigned accounts daily and update order information in the system.
Communicate with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to prevent and resolve delays.
Send ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) within required timeframes.
Proactively track orders, follow up on issues, and elevate late or extended shipments.
Invoice orders promptly upon shipment.
Ensure compliance with pallet counts, truckload limits, and routing requirements.
Maintain timely communication with the sales team and management.
Requirements
Prior logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proactive problem solver who can work independently and prioritize effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate.
