$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr We are seeking a motivated Retail Team Lead to join our retail team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, with previous leadership experience. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, supporting management with training, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Provide a pleasant and meaningful guest experience, representing Goo Goo Cluster’s core values and purpose. Demonstrate passion for chocolate production, Goo Goo Cluster’s history, clean working methodology, and high-quality standards to excite guests and the team. Assist in training and coaching of new team members and provide support when required. Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of company operations. Collaborate with team members as needed, including during classes/events, and operate POS registers when required. Maintain integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the company culture, values, and purpose. Serve as a brand ambassador by answering questions about the product and history and encouraging knowledge sharing. Listen to team and guest feedback and report to the General Manager. Ensure services meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and daily financial goals. Model strong guest service selling skills and help the team meet sales goals. Open and close the store and assist with cash handling as needed. Operations
Store operations and inventory control, including accurate opening/closing procedures and checklists. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store. Know best sellers and required merchandise placement. Assist with weekly deliveries and inventory; report sales trends and mispriced merchandise to the General Manager. Qualifications
Must have or obtain a food handler’s permit and TABC server permit within 60 days of employment. Prolonged periods of standing and walking through retail space. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Core Values and Competencies
