Supply Chain Integration / Transition Architect
to lead complex, enterprise-level supply chain system integrations as part of our Supply Chain AI & Data Engineering teams. In this critical role, you will architect and execute seamless integration of SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder Planning Systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with broader business goals.
This position demands a unique combination of technical depth, strategic vision, and leadership acumen. You’ll shape integration strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our digital supply chain infrastructure enables the next generation of operational excellence.

Target Compensation $70,000-230,000 USD + Bonus
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success as a solution expert on large-scale transformational supply chain programs
Proven experience in the supply chain domain with deep understanding of planning, execution, and data integration processes
Expertise in SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder Planning Systems
Experience with modern integration technologies such as middleware, APIs, and ETL frameworks
Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex, multi-system projects
Professional certifications in one or more platforms (SAP, Snowflake, Blue Yonder)
Familiarity with cloud-native services, data lakes, and modern integration architectures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to lead cross-functional teams and influence both technical and business stakeholders
Experience That’s a Plus Additional experience that would stand out includes:
Aligning business objectives with system architectures across multiple supply chain functions
Integration strategies for large-scale, multi-ERP or hybrid environments
Post-go-live optimization for complex systems
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) or equivalent leadership experience
Architecting integrations in hybrid cloud/on-premise ecosystems
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices in enterprise IT
Improving system performance, uptime, and scalability through continuous integration
Strong business acumen to convert executive priorities into architectural roadmaps
Managing vendor and internal development workstreams
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable integration architecture across SAP S4/HANA, Snowflake, and Blue Yonder
Ensure systems align with business goals, performance benchmarks, and maintainability standards
Define real-time and batch data integration strategies supporting supply planning, operations, and reporting
Leadership & Program Execution
Lead full lifecycle integration projects—scoping, design, development, testing, and go-live
Coordinate with IT, supply chain, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain a strategic roadmap for scalable, future-ready supply chain systems architecture
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a
subject matter expert
on key platforms, advising stakeholders on solution design
Translate business needs into technical architecture plans, communicating trade-offs, risks, and options clearly
Deliver documentation, integration maps, and status reports for project visibility
Oversee testing protocols to validate functionality and performance
Monitor system performance and initiate optimization plans
Support ongoing enhancements and lead post go-live issue resolution
