Behavioral Health Network, recognized as the 10 th Top Places to work in MA by the Boston Globe, is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join or team in Hyde Park, MA.
Here's what you will do: Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in early recovery from substance use disorders. Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes. Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care. Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
What we are looking for:
Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required). Experience with substance use disorder programs. Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred). Since 1938, BHN has been providing behavioral health services in MA. Operating over 130 programs with our 3,000 employees, we are expanding our services statewide and would like YOU to join our team!
