Senior Api Automation Qa With Playwright
As a Senior API Automation QA with Playwright, you will make an impact by designing and executing robust automated testing solutions for business-critical applications across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain complex automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Gradle, and Jenkins Contribute to framework creation and customization based on evolving project requirements Perform test planning and estimation using TCP Estimation Methodology Maintain and manage test artifacts and execution details in JIRA Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects and failure analysis for mobile automation Share daily status reports and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for production releases Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum calls, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Alpharetta, GA.
