We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across our product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who fosters collaboration, transparency, and accountability while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Pay Range: 45-57/hr

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in Agile project delivery.
Experience in software development and/or technical project management. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and practices such as: User Stories Test Driven Development (TDD) Continuous Integration/Testing Paired Programming Automated Testing Understanding of team technologies and technical dependencies.
