Job Responsibilities: Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications, and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Remote take-over skills are a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites. Work is done at customer locations.
